Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a Copy Partner to independently ideate and execute campaign concepts across both traditional and digital platforms.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality output in all creative projects.
Lead and mentor a junior team, managing multiple projects from concept development through to completion.
Oversee photo shoots, ensuring creative direction aligns with project goals.
Work closely with the Account Management team to meet mutually agreed deadlines.
Uphold quality control standards across all projects, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Deliver innovative, award-winning ideas that push creative boundaries.
Proficient in Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop) with hands-on experience.
Comfortable working on Mac machines.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and project execution.
