Responsibilities:
Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Quora
Utilize tools like HubSpot and Hootsuite for scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media channels.
Develop and maintain content calendars based on the provided briefs.
Craft compelling and creative captions for posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Monitor and manage social media interactions, responding to comments, mentions, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other teams to create social media timelines that align with product launches, advertising campaigns, and overall brand messaging.
Handle ad-hoc communications as required, ensuring consistent and clear messaging.
Provide real-time social media coverage for live events and brand-related happenings.
Liaise with client representatives as needed to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong, active personal presence on social media, with a solid understanding of each platform and its best practices.
