Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Gain a deep understanding of the brand’s requirements and business objectives to help contribute to the achievement of key goals.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Work closely with the Brand Services Manager and Director to align strategies and execution with overall brand vision and client expectations.
Work closely with the Account Management team to meet mutually agreed deadlines.

Expected Technical Skills and Competency Requirements:
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrable skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis.
Qualification;
MBA / Masters in Media & Communications / Masters in Digital Marketing
