Core Responsibilities:
Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce original concepts and executions for assigned brands.
Conduct thorough research to understand the client’s needs and target audience through online searches, existing research, expert interviews, and in-person meetings.
Continuously elevate creativity by writing fresh, engaging copy that resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions.
Proven experience as an advertising copywriter, crafting content for print ads, brochures, outdoor ads, video and radio scripts, invitations, site branding, and various marketing collaterals.
Expertise in developing and writing digital campaigns, including landing pages, Google display ads, Facebook ads, Google search ads, lead-gen videos, and native ads.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering work within set deadlines.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work additional hours when required to support the team.
Follow established quality check processes rigorously to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketing managers, external influencers, and industry experts to deliver effective campaigns.
Ensure quality control and consistency across all projects, maintaining high standards in every aspect.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to agreed schedules.
Optimize internal creative processes and co-develop efficient workflows with the Account Management team for seamless collaboration.
